If you purchase TE’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Children Under Thirteen

TE follows the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), the GDPR, and any other local laws pertaining to the collection of children’s data. Any accounts or services created for users known to be children require parental notification and/or consent.

If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.  If TE discovers a child’s personal data is collected through this website without parental consent,  it will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it.  If you are a parent and knows that your child under the age of 13 has inquired or signed up TE’s services without your consent, please contact TE and request that your child’s personal information be deleted from TE’s systems.
